Developing emotional intelligence can lead to a better understanding of ourselves, improved relationships, and increased success in all aspects of life.

Emotions constitute the essence of our life experiences. Many of us find ourselves burdened by the mental and physical symptoms of stress and challenging emotions, craving ways to manage them.

 

In my journey through adolescence and beyond, I too yearned for strategies to ease daily life, reduce stress, and gain better control over my thoughts and emotions. In 2013, I encountered a life-changing skill that would soon become a cornerstone of my life—mindfulness. My understanding of mindfulness, self-regulation, and social awareness deepened as I pursued my Bachelor's in Psychology, Master's in Public Health, and certifications in health coaching and mindfulness.

 

In 2018, I founded Mindful Minis Boston (now Bright Heart) with a heartfelt desire to educate youth on cultivating healthy thoughts, behaviors, and stress-reduction techniques rooted in mindfulness. I firmly believe that mindfulness and a holistic wellness approach are fundamental to a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle. Through a blend of scientific and heart-centered practices, I guide my students on a journey of self-discovery and growth, fostering self-awareness and nurturing their innate creativity within the supportive environment of our coaching sessions.

 

It is truly an honor and a delight to walk alongside my students as they uncover the brilliance within themselves, illuminating their unique paths with courage and grace. Together, we celebrate the radiant beauty of their personal growth and the boundless possibilities that lie ahead.
