Whether you are looking for a space to talk about your child's emotional intelligence or your own relationship with yourself, this session is for you to feel heard and empowered! As a certified holistic health coach, mindfulness coach, and emotional intelligence coach, I'm honored to hold a space for parents to discover and heal parts of themselves that play a role in their parenting. These sessions can also be a place for you to learn how to implement emotional intelligence tools into your life. How ever you wish to spend this time, I am here for you.
